We ship worldwide. There are no import duties to the US.

Shipping policy

All our samples and low value orders (£20 and under - UK mainland only) are sent out via first class Royal Mail as standard unless another tracked option is selected. Please allow around 2-3 working days to receive these (if in the UK) or up to 2 weeks if outside of the UK.

For personalised stationery pieces we use a network of printers in the UK. Once printed, they are dispatched overnight using a tracked service with either DHL Express and DPD.

All Invitations and save the date cards are sent out via DHL Express (we do not use untracked services for these items) and thank you cards are sent out DHL Express, DPD or Royal Mail first class.

For invitations and save the dates, we usually deliver these items in 1-1.5 weeks (should there be minimal changes). 

For on-the-day stationery (for example boards and menus), we use DPD (if in UK) and DHL (if outside UK) and the items are shipped directly from our printing providers. Please allow 2-3 weeks before our wedding day. We usually deliver quicker than this (in around 1 week). Please inform us of your wedding date should you have any concerns and we will make sure the items arriVe in plenty of time before your event.

For international customers ordering on-the-day items, please order your on-the-day stationery at least 4 weeks before you're getting married to ensure enough time for drafting, going back and forth with any amendments and printing and delivery.  

Please note, international customers are responsible for their own VAT, customs duty or excise duty.

We kindly ask you to be patient if your item has been lost and not arrived within two weeks, we will then arrange a replacement or refund.

For international customers, It is important you provide as much information as possible about the receiver (full contact name, telephone number and email address), so the delivery driver can get in touch with the recipient directly (a wedding planner for example). In the instance where there has not be a response from the recipient and the driver has made several attempts to deliver the item(s), the courier service may return the item to their depot and destroy it. It is very important that you regularly check the tracking details once we have provided your tracking number and check everything is in motion. If you see a "shipment on hold" status on your tracking or any other problem, please get in touch with the delivery service (usually DHL Express) customer help team within that country.
